Alexander Zaytsev has been working in restaurant business for more than 19 years. He started as a Deputy Director of Shinok restaurant and became General Director of Café Pushkin in May, 1999. He left this position in January, 2005 to take the next major step in his career which was the management of all the restaurants of Maison Dellos Company.
Under the management of A.Zaytsev, the Company has achieved considerable success and reached a new, international level: they opened Turandot restaurant and Café Pushkin confectionery, Dellos Catering service that brought together gastronomic and stylistic solutions by A. Dellos restaurants for offsite events, two patisseries Café Pouchkine and Café Pouchkine restaurant in Paris and Betony restaurant in New York, which was awarded a Michelin star.
Among Alexander Zaytsev’s achievements we rightfully consider the development of a unique training technique for service employees and his direct participation in world-wide projects – Maison Dellos holding provided catering services in Sochi-2014 and was official gastronomic partner of Milan Expo global exhibition. In 2015, Alexander was awarded a government decoration - second-class medal of the Order of Merit for the Motherland.
